Fast and efficient
I dropped off my coat for cleaning before Xmas, so I would have a warm coat over the holidays. To my surprise, it was not cleaned properly, if at all. I left it there for another round, consequently I was left without a coat over Xmas. They posted holiday hours after drop off for the second time. The coat shrunk and the lining hangs out the coat. Not good.
