I called the Salmon Arm store for a product check and spoke to Sherene. She was very friendly, professional and efficient. She confirmed the product was in stock and arranged the logistics for delivery. To my surprise, approximately 20 minutes later, Sherene called me to confirm that she connected with the Sport Check in my area to ensure they were aware of the delivery and to connect with me once the product arrived.
