Jerome helped me out in the hunting section and got me an amazing deal on a hunting knife when it didn't have a sheath. He made the experience enjoyable and made sure I was happy in the end. Amazing customer service!
Excellent service...went to buy a Schwinn tricycle adult size..and none were prebuilt..Rod..the bike builder offered to build and we pick up tomorrow..at no charge..for assembly...awesome service...5 stars
Asked for help finding a product. I had to ask three times before lady clerk who was "facing products" looked at me, as if to say can't you see I'm busy, and directed me to "over there". Not acceptable and rude. Won't be back to this Canadian tire anytime soon unless a last resort. Even getting checked out lady at cash was rude when giving me my purchase (not handed mind you, just shoved my small purchase on the counter) and didn't say anything. I looked at her and paused. I think this made her realize she didn't even say "thank you for shopping"... or "have a nice day". Something to show common courtesy and invite a customer to come back soon. Basics really. Just a weird vibe everywhere. Possibly small town growth issues in finding and training new staff perhaps? Not sure but it should be addressed.
Has just about anything any CT store has to offer from housewares to automotive, to seasonal, to lights and paint as well as of course a good selection of hand and power tools. Friendly helpful staff. They close at 6pm most days and at 9pm on Fri & Sat, but I guess that's the norm for a smaller town. Good store overall though.
Fed up canadian tire.Have an issue with their product ( in this case a new $150 rv battery )It was totally dead first night we needed itThey tell me it must be something wrong with our charging system. So we're stuck with it.The battery I bought in the states has been working perfectly. And was 1/2 the price.
