We are from out of town and had to take our 9 month old dog to the vet - they accommodated is on short notice- treated our dog and got her starting to feel better. Everyone was so kind, caring and helpful - totally recommend this clinic!! Dr. Sue and Staff truly amazing thank you for the care you gave Lola!
I am from out of town and had to bring my dog in to be checked out. He was given an appointment immediately. Everyone at this clinic, from staff to vet, was wonderful! I would highly recommend using this clinic!
We can not say enough about Sue and her clinic. She went above and beyond for us from the moment that we walked in the door. She put our 7month old puppy first and somehow managed to keep us calm throughout the process. She has an obvious love for her job and a passion for animals which puts them at ease. We could not have asked for a better veterinarian to be helping us. The staff in the clinic are AMAZING and make you feel as though youre among friends. We can not recommend her highly enough and wish that she were more local to us in the Lower Mainland but now feel at peace that we have a vet we trust here at a Shuswap.
I am very happy to have found this practice. Dr. Sue and her staff are super! I know my pets will be well cared for. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
We had a need for veterinary services and are so grateful that we found Dr. Sue and her amazing staff! The compassion they all showed not only for Lexie and Cassie but for us as well truly sets them apart from other clinics we have been to. We are here on holidays and they were able to take care of our "babies" quickly and compassionately, everyone made sure that our little dogs were comfortable and dealt with them in a professional yet caring way. Lexie and Cassie were so well looked after that on a return visit the following day, they ran to the door of the clinic as soon as we took them out of the car and were very excited to go in, an event that has never happened at other clinics, where they run from, rather than running to, the door. Once inside they were very happy to see Dr. Sue and immediately ran to her! Thank you so much, we love you guys, we really wanted to give you 10 stars! Armando, Donna, Lexie and Cassie :)
