Love the classes and equipment, but the customer service could use some work
Signed up in the new year and the staff has been helpful, kind, and just have a great energy. The other gym members aren't loud or obnoxious which is a big relief! Tons of equipment, private rooms for exercise, and classes to choose from.

Ive been coming here since 1995 and i think four separate owners over the years. each summer when I return to the Okanagan the first thing I do is get a new punch pass here.Always a good environment. Staff are great; facilities are clean and the members are a good group of people. What I like most, is reconnecting with the same group thats come here for years - that in itself speaks volumes.
