Melissa is a great instructor! She always takes the time to correct your form so you don't end up hurting yourself. The classes are always challenging, but fun and motivating as well.
This studio is everything anyone seeking their fittest self could ask for!!! The classes always a challenge (if that's what you want) and are never boring!!! From spin, to bootcamp, to barre...there is so much to work every muscle group! I absolutely love this place
