Dont bother if you are from out of town the park manager will decline you cause you dont have employment out there in that particular area. Even if you have someone taking care of the property and meeting all park requirements didnt even want to consider the application. He was also very unfriendly over the phone and doesnt really pay attention to anything said kept saying I dont have an income to pay for it lol definetly looking else where since the manager is not very friendly to outsiders.
Speed bumps are ridiculous.
Both mom and uncle live there. Crazy speedbumps there!
It's a great place to live sents I have been there I have met a lot new nabbers in the trailer park. I have been there for 2 and half years
